Rules For The TipLeague Sports Prediction Game
Goal
The goal of this game is simply about giving the most winning sports betting tips with the highest odds to Cocomama.

How to tip
From the "Events" section in the TipLeague menu you choose your sport and league and then select which event you think will either win (1), draw (0) or lose (2). When your tip is correct you get the odds you see next to the event selection. When you click on these odds you can even see a comparison of odds for each bookmaker and place a real bet if you want.
Points
We award your winning odds as full points in the ranking tables and they consist of 1 point for the winning tip + the real profit you would have made if it was a real bet. This goes on your tally for the month and season rankings.
How to win
The winner of the month's prize will be the player who gathered the most points from the first day of the month at 00:01hrs until the last day of the month at 00:00hrs
NOTE: A player can only claim two month prizes per season. In case of a player winning the month league more than twice the prize will be awarded to that month's qualified runner-up. All points of the serial winner will still count towards the season prize.
The winner of the season's prize will be the player who gathered the most points from the first day of the month in which the regular English Premier League season starts until the last day of the month in which the regular English Premier League season ends (usually 1 August - May 31st) at 00:00hrs
If the rightful winner of any league doesn't claim his prize within a month, or cannot be contacted within a month, or voluntarily doesn't claim his prize it will be awarded to the next player with the highest amount of points for that league.
Tip Amounts
Every first day of the month as well as every Monday you will receive 50 new tips (25 for horse racing), which you can tip up during the whole week from Monday 00:01hrs to Sunday 00:00hrs, or until 00.00hrs at the last day of the last week of the month.
Depending on the dates and days of the week this can mean that it is possible to receive 100 tips within a single week (50 for horse racing) and it's up to you how to spend it. Unused tips will not be carried over to the next week (Mondays) or month.
Minimum tips Football
There is a minimum amount of 150 tips needed per month to be able to win and claim your prize for the month league. Indeed, that's not the full 200 possible tips per month, this is to give new starters a chance to catch up and for existing players to miss a week because of e.g. holidays or even tactics. Of course due to the set-up of our points system it will be harder to catch up on regular tippers.
There is a minimum amount of 1000 tips needed per season to be able to win and claim your prize for the season league. Indeed, that's not the full 2000 possible tips per season, this is to give new starters a chance to catch up and for existing players to miss a few months because of e.g. holidays or even tactics.. Of course due to the set-up of our points system it will be harder to catch up on regular tippers.
Minimum tips Horse Racing
You'll need to tip 25 races per week, which you can tip up during the whole week from Monday 00:01hrs to Sunday 00:00hrs. For the rest the same applies as with the football league rules above.
There is a minimum amount of 75 tips needed out of a maximum of 100 per month. For the rest the same applies as with the football league rules above.
There is a minimum amount of 500 tips needed out of a maximum of 1000 per season. For the rest the same applies as with the football league rules above.
There is currently no prize to win with the horse racing TipLeague yet, but will be coming soon.
The green and red dots
A full green dot next to your name means you have reached the minimum amount of tips needed to qualify to win that league's prize. A red dot next to your name means you have not reached your minimum amount of tips yet and need to add a few more tips to qualify for that league's prize.
A half green dot next to your name means you are half way the minimum required tips and a green circle means you are on a third of your required tips. Red coloured full dots, half dots, or circles always mean you have to catch up tipping to qualify for that league's prize.
Prizes
Together with our TipLeague sponsor Bet2Go we will offer the MONTHLY winner of our TipLeague competition a prize worth GBP100 in betting vouchers and the winner of the complete TipLeague SEASON a prize worth GBP250 in betting vouchers with a bookmaker of choice. These betting vouchers can only be used with Bet2Go's current partnered bookmakers, which are: William Hill, Blue Square, Boyle Sports, Paddy Power, Ladbrokes, Sky Bet. The prize money will then be deposited in the bookmaker account of your choice.
NOTE: There is no prize for the Horse Racing TipLeague at this moment, only for the Football TipLeague.
